Have you ever noticed how a flock of guess fly in a "V" formation in the sky?
They do this so each of the birds don't get tired while flying.
When the lead bird gets tired he falls back and allows one of the others to take control for a while so he can rest this allows for everyone to work together for the greater good and allows them to get where they are going faster and more efficient than if only one was flying alone.
We as people should take a page from their play book and work together for the greater good allowing the stronger, more knowledgeable ones take the lead until the others "get their wings" then when it's their turn let them fall back allowing the others to take their turn and the front leading the pack.

Why do some people find it so hard to work together, make things easier for the ones in the back of the pack lighten their load for a while?
Why do we often see the leader try to fly away and leave behind the others knowing this will only cause undue stress on him and his pack.
Why is it that instead of working as a team for the greater good most are just out to use you when they need you then toss you to the side when they don't? This is not the way it should work for a great team to accomplish great things.

Next time you see a flock of birds flying over take a good look at how they fly watch how they take turns being up front and how when the front bird gets tired or burnt out they drop back and allow someone else to take over.
It's not a bad thing to allow someone to help you out from time to time or even take over for you when the time is right.
It's not a sign of weakness it just means you've done you're job and it's someone else's turn.
It sometimes takes a team to get where you're going.
Be in the team, don't do it alone when you have others out there willing to help pull the load.

Romans 8:28
And we know that all things work together
for good to them that love God,
to them who are the called according to his purpose.
