Peace and Serenity

At times you may feel broken tattered or torn

Even beaten down, frazzled or worn

Even though you may feel there are days when the path is blocked

Just remember there is always a door that stays unlocked

Just keep pressing forward and you'll find a clearing just around the bend

Never fear or feel alone when you're at this time because you have a friend

Turn to your faith, trusting it will take you past the current mess

It will lift off the burdens and clear the roadway and take care of the stress

We were not meant to live our lives with continuous strife

We were meant to enjoy everything and get the greatness out of life

Know you are special as a child of God and he will lead you to the clearing

Offering you the peace and serenity your heart is desiring  

Ephesians 2:14

 For he is our peace, 

who hath made both one, 

and hath broken down the middle
