Long days

The days are long and the nights are longer

The pain never leaves it just gets stronger

No relief seems to ever come no matter the change

Will peace ever be found so I can manage

The tossing and turning all night just to find the days meet you with more affliction

This comes mostly from those who'll never understand so they just cause friction

Words spoken although you think are never heard

Just make the stings sharp so don't think they go unheard

Stop pretending to be a friend to those who suffer if you're not

For they have a special sense for this and they know and you'll only get caught

Be a true friend, be compassionate, don't be a fake friend 

Be true, stay true, and be who God wants you to be till the end.

2 Corinthians 7:12

Wherefore, though I wrote unto you,

 I did it not for his cause that had done the wrong,

 nor for his cause that suffered wrong,

 but that our care for you in the sight of God might appear unto you.
