Lay your burdens down

Stop and take time and enjoy the blooms that are before you

Smell the fragrant allure they may be giving out too

Enjoy natures beauty at every corner no matter where you are

Sometimes its these things that will get you out of your blur

Or maybe its a gentle blur you need just to get away

If that be the case just pull up a chair and just stay

Spend all the time you need to meditate in your own mind

For this is what it take to keep you where you remain kind

We don't always have to be what others are to be happy in life

Nor do we have to have their things to end our bitter and strife

We are responsible for our own joy in life so begin today

Find it somewhere some how and let it stay

Just lay your burdens down and never return

For you will find the rest it is you yearn

Matthew 11:28-30

²⁸ Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, 

and I will give you rest.

²⁹ Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me;

 for I am meek and lowly in heart: 

and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

³⁰ For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
