Kind acts

What does it take to be able to fly anywhere you want to an any given time,

I guess in a birds world it comes as natural as walking down the streets in a line.

Just as God gives all his loving creatures all their individual features,

He places people in our lives to act as leaders and teachers.

While what they do to teach us may be slight and barely noticeable at best,

We still learn from them daily just as the baby birds learn from their hanging nest.

He sends out people in our every day lives to test us, teach us and even bless us,

We should take these things and grow from them and enjoy the blessings without a fuss.

Today as you go through out your day see who you can bless today in a special way,

It may be an extra thank you, great job, or even figure at lunch a way to offer to pay.

Then every time you hear a birds chirp on a springs day you can remember all the kind acts,

And with that you'll know you've fulfilled one of God's loving contracts.

Acts 20:35

I have shewed you all things, 

how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, 

and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said,

 It is more blessed to give than to receive.

He loves me...

He loves me, He loves me not, He loves me.....

 We have all played this little game many times in our lives.  While it is fun and innocent we need to realize that we will always land on "He loves me".                                                               For there is always one who will be there no matter how hard the wind blows or how heavy the rains pour,

Believe in what He's is telling you in your heart and soul and you will be more.

Although you may go throughout your day and never hear any kind word or touch from anyone,   know you can feel his hand,

You may spend most of your day hidden away in no mans land.

But know there is one who's out there who knows what you are doing at all times, even though you feel alone,

Trust in him, grow in his word and you will never be an unknown.

He will pull you further and farther than anyone can ever imagine, just keep the faith, hold your own, 

And one day he'll pull you out of you're shadowed hole and you'll never be alone.  God is always there when no one else is, He loves you every second of everyday, Love and trust in him and you will have more than one flower to enjoy you'll have the whole bouquet. 

Ephesians 5:2

And walk in love,

 as Christ also hath loved us,

 and hath given himself for us 

an offering and a sacrifice to God

 for a sweetsmelling savour.

It's the little things

It's sometimes the little things in life that make the biggest differences.  A thank you, great job, or even a pat and glad you're here, while these things sound small and cost nothing they are huge and worth the world to the person who receives them.  

As a you walk in the world and represent, you should meet and exceed the expectations of all those you encounter.  Success comes when we meet the needs of those we serve.  We need to get away from the "blame" game and begin living the "I can make it better" game.

If you make just a few changes in yourself then others around you will use those and begin to change.  No one likes to change their routine.  But if there is a better or shorter route to where you need to go wouldn't you like to know it?  Always know the only person you can change is you.  This includes the way you feel about things.  You need to "Believe it or Leave it".  If you don't believe in what you're doing and feel you can  make a difference or if you're not given the tools to make that difference then leave it.  Find that place where you can make that difference, be the great person you know you are.  It's out there, you belong somewhere, listen to where God is leading you, he'll never take you anywhere you shouldn't be and he'll let you know when that time comes to leave it.  And if you should have to leave it do it with kindness and in a way you can respect yourself.  

  You need to walk with pride show pride in yourself and lead as an example and be more, do more because you are more. 

And just because no one recognizes you here today you will get your praise in due season.

Watch for Gods favor in your life because that far more important than anything man can give you her on earth. 

Pay it forward always.  For this is the greatest reward you'll ever feel.

Give when you can and often, even if its those kind words of praise.  Remember they are Free but worth millions.

It's the little things that make the big differences in life.

Philippians 2:14

 Do all things without murmurings and disputings:

What if.....

What if in the winters end the flowers decided life was too tough to continue and not come out in the spring?

What if the people who have glorious voices decided they were failures and couldn't sing?

What if the sun decided it was too hard to rotate around the earth and stopped and didn't rise for the day?

What if you got up and there was no longer anyone working at the local coffee shop you pass on your way?

Just as these things that by the hand of God appear before you each day, through their own struggles may seem to you as routine,

There are days they struggle, fight the pains, hide the tears just to make it through and these are never seen.

They do this because of the strength and courage they've found deep within their soul, for some reason they've chosen to fight,

They've may spent the better part of their days and you may not be able to know that just by sight.

But they continue to press on and forward to do what it takes to be who and what God has for them,

For just a a diamond that shines in the sun they too are such a sweet gem.

Anyone can do things that are easy and takes little to no effort to do,

But you'll never know the strength it takes through Christ they've accomplished just to be with you.

So enjoy them as you would the flowers that bloom in the springs morning dew,

Because you may just be one of the lucky ones without those struggles to have to go through.

Philippians 4:13

I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Beginning the day

We need to begin each day bright and new with great thoughts of glorious things,

When we do this we get the good things out of what the day and what it brings.

We must get out of the victim thinking life we've been custom to and make the change,

Start the day with "How" things are going to be great and  they will,  this may sound strange.

Try this for a few days and you'll see the wondrous change just as the blooms find their way out of the pod,

For we need begin to an about-face with our minds thought and begin to think good thoughts  and make that our hearts connecting rod.

For each day is the day the Lord has made, we should always rejoice and be glad in it, just as we've been told,

The words of God as he's always given us we should listen and live for they never get old.

They're there to guide us down the path to which we need to go for the greater good,

We must also use these same words to get out of these times of trouble just as the word says we should.

If you think right, trust right, and obey right you will never find yourself going astray,

So get up and use the power of the word to get you through any day.

Proverbs 23:7

For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he:

 Eat and drink, saith he to thee;

 but his heart is not with thee.

Unique

Delicate and fluffy each pedal holding on with just a whim,

If a wind comes blowing nothing will be left but just the stem.

White as snow and just they sparkle as if they were a star,

But most of the time we just pass them by not even knowing what they are.

Although I may be speaking of this unique flower as it blooms,

I could just as easily be speaking of the person you pass on the street or someone you never speak to in the next rooms.

We need to be mindful of all God's creations big and small as they all have their own special features,

While you may see them just as a weed, if you get close enough to them you may find such special creatures.

So enjoy the creativeness of each one as they are made each in their special way,

Because who knows tomorrow you may look and they will be gone away.

Revelation 4:11

Thou art worthy, 

O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power:

 for thou hast created all things, 

and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

Friends

Friends should show up in the oddest places,

They just may be around the corner or down the hall or even in some stranger's faces.

We know we must love and respect each other in their own location,

We should also be aware of the needs of others and their situation.

One of the best ways you can be a friend is to do favor for a stranger,

Do this in secret, discrete and with out the risk of danger.

This is the most rewarding favor you can do for anyone as you go through your day,

Just to watch their face as they find that extra work done, or money left behind or even an extra prayer their way.

You'd be surprised as to how much this small pay it forward treat will give you just as much pleasure,

And the small thing you may do just might be something the friend may always treasure.

God wants you in your time of hurt and pain not to sit around and feel pity upon yourself,

He wants you to get out and do something for others so we can reap the joyous rewards our self.

This is how we also get our own favor and joy from God for our own needs,

So next time you're in the need of something for yourself go out do something great for someone else instead.

You may just find the reward you reap may be more than you ever expected,

And you may just find you've found a new friend or even enjoy the way they've been affected. 

Romans 13:8

Owe no man any thing, 

but to love one another:

 for he that loveth another 

hath fulfilled the law.

Do yourself a favor....

Many times you sit and wonder about your future, your past, your destiny and what you've accomplished thus far,

Looking at all these things at a total package you need to consider what it takes to succeed, and be that bright shining star.

First you must take a look at the things in you're past, the people you know, the people you trust,

Even though for many reasons you may have many of those in your life you cannot unforgettably trust, you must forgive, and this as a child of God is a must.

There is no way to succeed and move forward according to his plan and word if you have harbored feelings against anyone or anything,

You must work through those feelings, forgive those of their trespasses, as God has often forgiven you,  then  toward the top you'll spring.

Although you know in your heart of hearts you've done what is right you must be the one to forgive, though this is a hard thing to put behind you, this is something you've got to work for,

Go to him in prayer, ask him for the help to put the past behind you, move forward with your life, ask him once move on and never worry about it anymore.

Once you've gotten past the past, forget it, leave it and get over it, the life you want to live is waiting for you around the all bends,

Don't let the sun go down one more night, or the sun rise one more day, because life is so precious and so are you're friends.

Do your self a favor by doing these things and in return, God will reward you with his favor ten fold.

Matthew 6:14

 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, 

your heavenly Father will also forgive you:

Great

Greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world... this means God has made you greater, stronger than what the world can dish out for you.
You can get through anything, tough time, sick times...Do ever have that feeling of there just not something right with something in your life as it is today?

Well you can change that with just some simple changes in the way you choose to react and accept God's word.
Use what he's given you to your advantage.  The bible gives us the tools to overcome anything that crosses our paths.

We just need to stay strong, live strong hear his word in your heart and know what you need to do with those words.
The bible tells us we can do all through Christ who strengthens me.  Never give up on anything you want.

Know you will not be defeated by anything the devil dishes out.
Stand steadfast, stand up to what the devil dishes out, tell him he's not going to take away what God has given you, and what he wants to give you. Which is his blessings to be happy, be in control of your destiny.

Be who you want to be, don't allow the devil to work through others to bring you down to their level and take your joy to which you deserve.
You are worthy of all that Power and Glory that God has so graciously sent his son to die for so you can live, and enjoy everyday life.

Do all this with victory and power over the devil because he hates you and always will and that will never change.
You have more power than the devil ever could have, you can tell him NO, get behind me satin, go away. What ever it takes because your debt was paid on the cross.

  You owe him nothing so give him nothing not even the satisfaction of seeing you suffer for one minute from one his evil people he's sent to back bite, lie, destroy or spread viscous lies about you.
Use God's tools to defeat this, know you've already won the fight.  Begin with a smile, end it with a smile, and spread that joy every day.

Be victorious

Just a a flower blooms in the spring and hangs from the potted hook,

There's nothing more beautiful than the sprouts they give us with each glazing look.

Some have stripes, some have pedals some even have both to adorn their stalk,

There's nothing more calming in the morning than to step outside to see the newest blooms with each days glory walk.

This is a time to thank God for each of his littlest gifts he's blessed us with along the way,

Sometimes we forget these this as other bigger things may lead us astray.

We must know that sometimes its the small things in our lives that can make the biggest change,

A small adjustment here, a little tweak there may be all it takes to give us that new much needed range.

Know we need to keep moving forward in our lives, never block, where you are never stop,

Know in the end we'll always be victorious according to his word, we know how the ending of the book is going to drop.

Never quit believing there is great things to come, God never ends in defeat,

Keep moving, keep going and soon you'll find the victory He's left for you and oh it will be loving and sweet.

1 John 5:4

 ⁴For whatsoever is born of God

 overcometh the world:

 and this is the victory that

 overcometh the world,

 even our faith.

Be your best

Each of God's creatures are unique in their own way from the biggest of bears to the smallest of bees,

While you are among one of these great creations to which He has made among these.

Know you too are as unique and special in your own way, be yourself, don't try to be someone you're not,

Use the gifts you were given in you're own special way, at your own pace and time slot.

Don't allow others to get you down by words or actions that you know are wrong,

Because you know God has made you a real person and you are strong.

You can do more, you can be more, you are more,

Use the words God has given you, and don't allow anyone to steal who you are and what you stand for.

Know who you are, know where you come from, be who you want to be no matter the cost,

Get your self out of the mindset of who you are not and stop being lost.

Climb to the top of the mountain look off and declare yourself the winner and profess,

Because this is what ability God has given to all his children so you can be your best.

Just because it's not broken doesn't mean it can't be fixed...

There are many times when we find ourselves out on a limb struggling to find our way,

We must realize that we were not put here on earth to handle things alone every day.

We must work together as a team, get things done as a team, take the burdens off the ones who are weaker so the load is not as heavy for them,

This does not mean you as a weak link take advantage of them and sit back and allow others to do all the work while you watch them struggle in the deep end of the pool as if taking a  swim.

It means we are to work seamlessly together to find the best jobs for everyone, so that each and everyone does their best at each and that way the team benefits from the reward together,

I know many times you've heard there is no "I" in team but, it bears repeating when many sit back and take a free ride forever.

While others may not be able to do as much or exactly what you can do they have their own talents and abilities and the leaders should praise that and have them do that for the team,

While others might find things come more easily can do many different things to help fulfill the dream.

No matter what it is you are working toward in your life or work doing it alone is never the answer,

Isolating yourself trying it alone just boils up and causes evil and pain just as if it's cancer.

Try asking and working with help, work together as a unit or team, you will find it makes the tasks at had much more effortless,

This will not only make this better for everyone on the team but it will cause you lots of less stress.

The us verses them mind set must be stopped and not allowed to be repeated over and over for anything to succeed.

We must hear we and they in the ideas and use them for the goals of the team, and just because "it's not broken don't fix it" doesn't mean it can't be reworked to run at a better speed.

Galatians 6:2

Be Humble not Prideful

We need to know as a child of God there are things just as a parent of your own children there are things to which he hates. 

 In fact there are six things the bible says the Lord doth hate, and seven are an abomination unto him.

 We need to be aware of these things and work toward not being the type of person that doesn't do these things, especially on purpose.  

While reading this passage and looking at these words I began to realize many of these things God hates, we see in our every day lives.

It's really sad to say but there are many people out there who spend much of their time bragging about all they have, or what they have done.  If you do good for anyone or if you have anything that God has blessed you with you should never brag about it ever.   

As the Bible tells us in Proverbs 16:18 Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.  This basically means people who are overconfident or too arrogant are likely to fail.

We need to be humble, honest to ourselves and others, because others know when you are speaking lies and sowing discord among your brethren.   They may not tell you or let you know but don't think you're fooling them for a moment.

You wouldn't want your own children to do these things to others, just as God's children doesn't want this either.

Try being a humble person, not letting a wicked heart speaketh lies or cause mischief.  

Because just as the bees can sting with vengeful force, so can God punish his children just as you would your own if you knew they were doing wrong.

Proverbs 6:16-19

 ¹⁶These six things doth the LORD hate:

 yea, seven are an abomination unto him:

 ¹⁷A proud look, a lying tongue,

 and hands that shed innocent blood,

 ¹⁸An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations,

 feet that be swift in running to mischief,

 ¹⁹A false witness that speaketh lies,

and he that soweth discord among brethren.

Blessed

Just as the flowers bloom each year as promised by God's nature's touching hand,

Remember when you go to him in prayer not to burden him with all you're problems of this wicked land.

For he knows everything that goes on around you and this earth as it is his, 

Try going to him with all his promises he has left us instead, just as the Bible says.

Use the promises he has given us to get us through the tough times and through your prayer,

While casting your cares upon the Lord leave out all your burdens for he knows they're there.

Go to him with all the promises He has given us by his faithful word,

And just as the flowers that come back every spring without effort, his promises to you will be  transferred.

You will find that going to him with his own written words during your greatest needs,

Will keep us as blessed and beautiful as the flowers of the gardens and free of weeds.

Never forget God already knows all things that you are going through in your life and what makes you at unrest,

But go to him with his own promises and you will always be blessed.

Isaiah 62:6-7

 ⁶I have set watchmen upon thy walls,

 O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night:

 ye that make mention of the LORD, keep not silence,

 ⁷And give him no rest, till he establish,

 and till he make Jerusalem a praise in the earth.

The Birds

As birds sing in the trees do you ever sit and wonder what song it is they are singing,

Or do you just sit and enjoy the beauty as the echos continue ringing.

The spring comes each year as the new birds hit the trees and begin their joyous song,

Each morning as you awake you hear them singing with enough energy to last all day long.

Flying throughout the air gathering up for their nests, or food for their young,

This is the exact point in the year when you know spring has sprung.

It isn't very often these days we get to stop and enjoy these small pleasures of being,

But we need to take time for ourselves, slow down and do a little site seeing.

So next time you hear the birds singing to you in the trees on high,

Take the time to stop and look up in those trees and look at those birds as they pass you by.

They are some of God's most unusual creatures and they can sing us some of the most beautiful songs,

And who know those joyous tunes may help you with the days unjust wrongs.

Psalm 40:3

And he hath put a new song in my mouth, 

even praise unto our God: many shall see it, 

and fear, and shall trust in the LORD.

Easy and simple

It's amazing at the beautiful things we have to enjoy here by our human eye,

Somethings are so wonderful they just make you want to shed sever tears and cry.

But with God's mighty help we get to enjoy much more with our minds eye when we hear about our future home,

Not to mention the streets of gold we'll one day be able to roam.

The mansions placed gently upon the hills for us to live,

Those alone should send you running and to the Lord your heart you give.

For the only way to get these glorious things we're promised,

Just ask in the name of God and you too will get these things too, yes it's really that simple, honest.

Trust in His word for he's never failed on any promises ever made,

While all it takes is a simple prayer, is that such a bad trade?

Revelation 21:21

 ²¹And the twelve gates were twelve pearls:

 every several gate was of one pearl:

 and the street of the city was pure gold, 

as it were transparent glass.

Romans 10:13

 ¹³For whosoever shall call upon 

the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Pray & Forgive

Have you ever been hurt by someone you care about or someone you thought was your friend?

While this may sound silly or crazy you need to not get mad or angry at them you need to feel sorry for them.

Because it it really them who is going to receive the worst end of this situation, when its all said and done. 

Because when you pray for your enemies as God's told us he will deal with that person for you.

You will never have to worry about they've done, nor get angry about what they've done,

Just thank God and go on.  

Think of it as if someone has hurt one of your children, there are times when you would want to handle that yourself, not your child.

It's the same thing when you become a child of God, He takes care of his children just as you would take care of your own.  Or just as a mother bear would take care of her cubs, or a mother bird would take care of her birds.   

 When someone hurts one of his children he will take care of that and the situation.  You will never have too.

 You will be the one coming out on the other side of the situation with the most glorious bloom, while they'll still be stuck in a pile of weeds.

Just keep the faith, pray for the person, trust in what God has promised in his word.  As you will see that he never makes mistakes, he has a greater plan for you, although at the time you may seem like the world is coming down on you.  

But in the end you will prevail and grow more beautiful each day, knowing you are the one who is the bigger person and your reward will be peace at heart, mind and soul.

Luke 23:34

Wondrous delights

Spring brings us beauty like no other, with color tones so rich and deep you can't describe,

To sit and enjoy the artistry is better than any prescription any physician can prescribe.

Orange, Yellow, Red or Green, the colors of spring can be found just by walk by a stream,

If you haven't been able to get out to see these wondrous delights, close your eyes and imagine them in a dream.

Either way you choose to enjoy springs cool breezes, polished flowers and freshly cut grass,

Know that it's a new beginning to each year just for us to embrace with God's bless.

Give thanks daily for the privilege we still get to appreciate these freely without restrictions,  

Because there are many of those out there who are unable to because of many afflictions.

Be grateful for what we have in our own backyards without having to travel very far,

The beauties which just lie there could be a rare and gorgeous as a shooting star.

Psalm 8:1
